Ancient massage originated 2600 years ago in the time of the Buddha. It is better known under the name Traditional Thai massage, Nuad Phaen Boran of Thai Yoga massage. 

The massage consists of a combination of stretches, pressure points and “Tai chi” movements given on a mat on the floor. There is no use of oil as the receiver wears loose, comfortable clothes.

The massage you will learn is originated from the ancient massages as taught by Dr. Jivaka Kumar Baccha, the doctor of the Buddha.


Singing bowls, made out of 7 metals originally from Tibet, are very powerful tools to work with energetic and emotional blocages. 

Rahul demonstrates how, through sound vibration, the singing bowls can bring energy into the organs and make the immune system stronger.

Sound travels through the meridians of the physical body, releasing stress and purifying the energetic system of the internal body.

Sound therapy would be very helpful for people who are suffering with fear, anxiety, stress, lack of confidence, anger and dysfunctionalities such as scattered minds, hyperactivity, insomnia, depression and Parkinson.


Rahul will teach the functioning the anatomy of the energetic body, and how to diagnose the blockages that can affect you or your client on a physical, emotional and mental level.

You will learn how to stay in tune with your own health, through the use of self healing exercises which focus on various deep breathing exercises, as well as balancing and grounding your energy. 



The practice of ancient yoga stretches creates a perfect balance between flexibility and strengthening of your muscles. It helps to prevent, improve or even remove back, neck and shoulders problems.

From the four hours of ancient yoga stretches that have been taught to the students of the Buddha (2600 years ago), Rahul has made a sequence of one and a half hours of the most beneficial exercises.




Dancing with the wind is a short energetic practice from which Tai Chi developed. It is a great dance and meditative practice that will balance and enhance your energy. This practice will also allow you to master the flow of the ancient massage. It will reconnect you with the energy of life in a relaxed and playful way.




Meditation doesn’t always mean sitting in silence. Rahul teaches a meditation based on action called ‘No mind’ which were practiced by Siddhartha Gautama (The Buddha) to separate the mind from the body and energy. This separation makes them all equal. It quiets the mind and it makes you conscious of yourself and reconnect with your inerself.





Rahul recommends few important rules to build healthy daily rituals that will improve your life drastically.Every hour of the night successively recharges a specific organ of your body, which is why it is recommended to sleep at 9pm, wake up at 5 am. In addition you will be given a specific diet to improve your digestive and immune system.
